The No. 1 store in Azabu Juban with a long queue! Naniwaya" is too famous for its taiyaki, which is so popular that it is a tourist attraction.
Another popular hidden menu item is Yakisoba. Shigesato Itoi says that he would like to eat Taiyaki and Yakisoba here for his last supper within ￥1000.
Taiyaki has a crispy skin and anko that is not too sweet. Even I, who do not like sweets, especially anko, think this is delicious.
The yakisoba has a nostalgic old-fashioned taste. It makes me feel at home. Take-out is available.
There is also a coffee shop on the second floor, so if you don't want to wait in line, we recommend you go there.

Visit to Naniwaya Sohonten, a famous Taiyaki store
After visiting Fureika, I was looking for souvenirs in Azabu-juban when I found a nearby store that is one of the 100 best sweets stores in TOKYO on the food log.
Just approaching the store, I could smell the fragrant aroma and even though it was a weekday, there was a line of people waiting in line.
I waited for a while and since I was full, I bought two taiyakis and had one right away. The taiyakis were hot, the skin was super thin and crispy with a chewy texture, and the sweet bean paste was sweet.
I wish I could have chosen a less sweet or more sweet flavor for the red bean paste, but considering the quality for only 180 yen per piece, this is certainly a delicious and amazing taiyaki☆.
By the way, when I ate the other one cold after returning home, the crispiness was gone and only the chewy texture remained, and I preferred the freshly made hot and crispy one!

Azabujuban is so famous that some people say "Naniwaya".
I've been there many times myself.
It was Saturday. I went to the front of the restaurant to see if it would be crowded...
Well, the order to make a reservation was already crowded.
I told them my name and the number of items, and waited. It took me 1 hour to get the taiyaki.
How is it possible to buy taiyaki and then come back an hour later to pick them up?
It's a little bit sensitive.
It's delicious, but you have to wait for an hour. （It's a bit like waiting for an hour to get a taiyaki....
I'm not sure...
If you happen to be able to buy it, it's a great deal! It's a super deal if you can buy it by chance!
