The dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients are carefully prepared, and the presentation is beautiful. The space, which consists only of calm counter seats, is very comfortable thanks to the thoughtful attention of the owner. The first small dish is colorful, featuring a variety of vegetable-based side dishes that pair well with drinks. The kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) starts being prepared after you place your order, allowing the flavor of the scallops to infuse the rice, making it aromatic as well. There are many brands of sake, and it's delightful that each glass is poured with care. The sound of the records is pleasant, and it's fun to choose the vessel for your drink. Even the cold water with the aroma of kabosu (a type of citrus) shows great attention to detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time.
