It's white but tastes like cocoa! 2016,03 I often use Paled All's chocolates for gifts! They have a wide variety of chocolate flavors and even collaborate with Japanese sake! I've never used the cafe, so let's stop by! Located on the 4th floor of Herbis Plaza Ent. The cafe is located behind the sales space. It looks very calm and cozy! I looked at the menu and decided to try the gateau set! But it was sold out that day... I'm also interested in the champagne and chocolat set, but I'll have a parfait today! Parfait Palais d'Or 1,600 yen Nice price, though, But with homemade berry sorbet, pistachio ice cream, and more than 10 kinds of chocolates, it looks beautiful... I was drawn to it when I read that. After waiting for a while, the parfait appeared, and I was a little surprised at its rather large size! Three kinds of sorbets (berry, white chocolate, and bitter) were placed on the top! Can you really taste the cacao in this white cake? If you eat it while doubting I can taste the cacao! Why? Why is it white? It's really strange! No lingering sweetness, clean taste The corn is also light, so light that it falls off when chewed vigorously! You have to be graceful and eat a little at a time. There is no spoon for eating soft serve ice cream here, so it may be a little difficult for women to eat. This is a store specializing in chocolates by Chef Shunsuke Saegusa, who was trained by the late Maurice Bernation, a master chocolatier in Lyon, France. The chocolates here called "Palais d'Or" are my favorite chocolates✨. I've been to Tokyo before, but this is my first visit to Umeda♪ They opened their first store in Kansai in 2004 ‼️ 大好きなショコラ店でカフェができるの幸せ♡ * * 🍀Parfait chocolat parfait (💴2100) A perfect new standard chocolate parfait using 4 kinds of bean to bar chocolate. The "super high cacao" at the top is made from one of the most acidic and rich cacao, and then combined with bitter cacao powder to create the most powerful chocolate with the highest concentration of cacao ✨. * On its own, it's so intense that it wakes me up, so I can eat as much of this as I want, just because I'm a cacao addict (myself)😜. * Digging down, the milk chocolate appears, It has no roughness at all and changes to creamy white chocolate. 😜 * The super high cacao I just had is in a cup made of chocolate, so I left half to a quarter of it. I want you to mix it with the raspberry sorbet as much as you can at the end. ‼️ * The collaboration between the flavor of the cacao left in the cup and the acidity found in the strawberries is impressive💕. * The first bite of this cake grabbed me from the very first impact, The best cup that grabs you from the impact of the first bite and makes you appreciate the balance and composition of the whole at the end 🌸.
