This is also my favorite place to eat (ω) Fukuchan in Kiyokawa_(:3」∠)_ Long time ago, when I was a kid, there was a store called Shinbei in Yakuin, and their ramen is reproduced here. It is not too much to say that my body was made by Shinbei's ramen, I used to eat it frequently and I have fond memories of it from my childhood. ❗️ There are two kinds of Ramen, Chinese Soba and Shina Soba, and I always have a hard time deciding which one to order, but on this day I ordered Chinese Soba: ☺︎ The soup is a combination of chicken and pork bone based animal and seafood broth. ❗️ It is rich but has a gentle taste that you can finish it off. The slightly thin and frizzy noodles go well with the soup. ❗️ And this chashu pork((((; ))))))) It's more like roast pork than chashu and I love it so much❗️ I would order just this as a snack lol! The boiled egg is also a strike with a semi-cooked white and erotic type 🤭. I love the menma and chopped green onion accents too: ❗️ The difference between Chinese soba and shina soba is whether the soy sauce sauce is light or dark, but the base is the same 🙄. Both are delicious, so if you're not sure, you can try both 🤫🤫 lol The restaurant is only open late at night, but they have a good selection of snacks, so I recommend you to have a light drink and finish it with ramen_(:3」∠)_.
