I was able to sit at the counter and relax. The freshly fried skewers have a crispy coating, and they go quickly while they are hot. The seafood like shrimp and scallops, as well as vegetables like lotus root and shishito peppers, are all delicious. It's fun to change the flavors with curry-flavored salt or the classic sauce. The salad is full of vegetables and includes scallops, providing a sense of satisfaction. The teamwork of the two in the kitchen is excellent, and their careful work is evident.
