It was a calm shop located in a roadside station, perfect for soba lovers. The wariko soba was made with 100% buckwheat, featuring a rich color, a smooth texture, and a firm elasticity that felt pleasant. The aroma of the soba spread as I chewed, and the soba broth was thick and comforting. The tempura shrimp was plump, and the batter was light and crispy. The seasoned rice balls had a simple flavor that paired well with the soba. I also enjoyed the handmade noodles made from organic buckwheat and rice flour, as well as the soba ice cream for dessert, which reflected a commitment to quality ingredients.
