When you enter a cozy little shop that resembles a private house, a gentle couple welcomes you. As you sit at the table, the menu featuring grilled fish set meals and sashimi set meals made with local fish catches your eye and fills you with excitement. The tray that is brought to you is filled with small dishes, each carefully prepared with local vegetables and mountain blessings, offering a comforting taste. The homemade pickled plums and pickles have a perfect balance of saltiness, making the rice go down easily. Despite being lightly seasoned, the umami is distinctly felt, allowing you to enjoy your meal lightly until the end. The small garden visible from the window, adorned with seasonal flowers, is also pleasant, making this shop a happy stop during a drive.
