The quiet interior of the small shop located in an alley is cozy and relaxing. The first dish that arrived was chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with fresh seaweed, which had a delightful aroma of the sea and a gentle dashi flavor, providing a comforting taste. The following sashimi, including medium fatty tuna and flounder, was fresh and juicy, showcasing the chef's meticulous knife skills. The grilled silver cod with saikyo miso had a crispy, fragrant skin, and the tender flesh paired perfectly with the miso aroma. The fried dishes and tempura had a light batter, allowing the sweetness of the live squid and shrimp to shine through. Enjoying carefully prepared Japanese cuisine along with local sake made for a very satisfying evening.

You can spend a relaxing time in a calm space with a counter and a small private room. The door is discreet, but once you step inside, a warm atmosphere spreads, making you feel at ease. The sashimi platter has thick slices, and the freshness of the fatty tuna and amberjack was exceptional. The sashimi of live squid is crunchy, and you can really taste the sweetness with just salt. The tempura of sweet shrimp and eggplant has a light and fragrant batter, making it hard to stop eating. The quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff are remarkable, and I am always completely satisfied both in my stomach and my heart.
