Specialty shop for traditional and flavorful Samgyetang

Established in 1971, 'Changan Samgyetang' is a long-standing specialty shop for Samgyetang located in the Seoul City Hall area. Samgyetang, made by simmering young chickens aged 30-40 days with glutinous rice, Korean ginseng, and jujube, features a light and gentle flavor in its soup. The chicken meat, low in fat and with a moderate chewiness, harmonizes perfectly with the rich soup.
