I wanted to eat delicious fish, so I went to 'Uokuni' located inside the station. There was a bit of a line, but the turnover was good, so I got in right away! Plus, the interior was clean and comfortable.
This time, I chose the local specialty from Odawara, 'Salted Sōda fish and salted sea bream dashi chazuke.' It was surprisingly delicious!
It was different from regular chazuke, with the umami of the dashi concentrated and impressive. Plus, even in the heat, it was easy to eat, so I could finish it even when feeling a bit fatigued from the summer heat.
With such great access inside the station, I never expected to enjoy such a luxurious experience... I definitely want to come back for this chazuke!
