Upon entering, you find a calm-toned space with pleasant music playing, making it a relaxing environment. The skewers have a wonderful aroma, and especially the chicken thigh and pork skewers release a rich flavor with each bite. The tsukune with plum and shiso is refreshing, leaving a clean aftertaste. The cartilage has a delightful crunch that makes it hard to stop eating. The tomato cheese and mozzarella spring rolls are best enjoyed while hot, with an irresistible contrast between the crispy exterior and gooey interior. The timing of the dishes being served is just right, and the staff's service is attentive, allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.
