In a calm space centered around the counter, it's exciting to see the careful grilling right in front of you. They first ask about any parts you might not like, so you can enjoy the omakase with peace of mind. The flavor of Nagoya Cochin is rich, and the thigh and tenderloin are plump and juicy. The heart, gizzard, tsukune, and wings, as well as the shiitake mushrooms, are cooked just right and have a wonderful aroma. The liver pâté is smooth and mild, and it's best enjoyed with crispy bread. It pairs excellently with sake, and I was completely satisfied all the way to the last chicken soup.
