The interior has a counter and tables, creating a calm and clean atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, making it a comfortable place to be. The thin noodles are grilled on a hot plate, resulting in one side being crispy and the other side moist. The sharp sauce is enhanced by the aroma of pepper, blending well with the sweetness of the cabbage and the noodles. The squid tempura topping has a good flavor and texture, pairing well with drinks. You can enjoy both Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style dishes, making it perfect for a finishing touch.
