The classic French cuisine is meticulous, and each dish has a calm flavor. You can choose your favorites from the à la carte menu, and I particularly enjoyed the escargot, consomme, and watercress salad. The French dressing for the salad, prepared right in front of you, is fragrant and tempting. The crepe with Shinano snow trout and grapefruit sauce is also impressive, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. There are lunch sets and chef's recommendations available, allowing for a pleasant flow throughout the course. The butter and olive oil to accompany the bread, as well as the finishing espresso, are all well thought out, ensuring a happy experience until the very end.
