Chef Tabuchi, a certified international medicinal herb nutritionist, offers a "Seasonal Curing Course" tailored to each guest's individual health condition. The foundation of our institute is "personal tea," a special medicinal tea. With the first serving of the tuning tea, we prepare your personalized medicinal herbal tea according to your body's balance for the day. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience that allows you to listen to the voice of your mind and body. After the course meal is served, you may also enjoy as many a la carte dishes as you like.
