The outside of the restaurant looks old and old-established, but once inside, the interior is bright and very clean! This restaurant serves flank, a part of beef that is not often served in other restaurants. This is a part near the belly of the cow, also known as "chicken breast," and its origin seems to be that it has stripes like bamboo grass leaves. This flank is also excellent, so be sure to try it when you come to the restaurant!

Namdaemun is a barbecue restaurant with "smokeless" written next to the name of the restaurant. The exterior is old-fashioned, but the inside is clean and beautiful. I ordered the "flank" for the first time, which is a portion of specially selected Wagyu beef (haneshita and rib). The price was not too expensive, but it was indeed a rare part of the beef. It was tender and delicious, with a flavor I had never tasted before. I recommend the mixed horumon and the rice dishes are also delicious.
