In a space where the warmth of wood can be felt, the display of deer antlers enhances the atmosphere. The curry combines a layered spice sensation with the refreshing taste of tomatoes, resulting in a sharp flavor. The deer meat curry has no gamey smell and conveys the rich umami of the game. The tender Iberico pork spice curry also has a pleasant balance of spiciness and flavor. The side dishes and salads made with organically homegrown vegetables are elaborate, and the texture of the lotus root chips is enjoyable. From the keema topped with egg yolk to the easy-to-drink craft cola, I was satisfied until the very end.
