4.1

The rice cooked with dashi is fluffy and fragrant, and the umami spreads with each bite. The rice balls have a rich variety, making the selection process enjoyable, and the aroma of the seaweed is pleasant. The hearty pork miso soup, filled with ingredients, combines the umami of kombu and dried sardines with three types of miso, warming the body gently. The cup made with soy milk has a smooth texture, and it's satisfying with plenty of vegetables. The interior has a comforting warmth of wood. From the appetizers to the finishing dessert, you can feel the care and effort put into the meal, making lunchtime special.
