Asamai Shuzo

Asamai Shuzo is a historic sake brewery located in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, specializing in junmai sake. All of their sake is carefully brewed using select rice sourced within a 5-kilometer radius of the brewery and natural, abundant water. Notably, their "Amanoto" is characterized by a smooth mouthfeel and a fruity aroma that lingers in the nose, making it beloved by many. While adhering to traditional methods, Asamai Shuzo continuously pursues new flavors, earning high praise for their sake both domestically and internationally.
