It was crowded, but I was relieved to be seated sooner than I expected. The eel was crispy and fragrant on the surface, while the inside was fluffy and tender. I could adjust the sauce and pepper to my liking, so I enjoyed creating my own flavor. The clear soup had a well-balanced dashi flavor, providing a comforting and refined taste. The pickles were colorful, and the contrast in texture was pleasant. Even for takeout, the aroma was rich, and I eagerly continued to eat while it was still warm.
