At a tonkatsu restaurant located in a shopping mall, you can be seated comfortably right away if the timing is right. The aroma of freshly ground sesame is delightful, and the cabbage keeps coming. You can refill your rice and cabbage, which adds to the satisfaction. The loin and fillet are tender, and you can really taste the richness of the fat, making it delicious. The fried mackerel is thick, and you can also enjoy a combination of shrimp tempura and fillet cutlet. Eating with rock salt enhances the flavor, and the fried scallops were also large and satisfying.
