After strolling through the traditional townscape, I stopped by and was enveloped in a calm atmosphere, which felt pleasant. At first, when I added a little salt as instructed, the aroma of the soba spread gently, and I could feel its delightful texture. Eating it with the dipping sauce gave it a different character, making it hard to stop using my chopsticks. I was pleased to find a sample of the portion at the entrance, making it easy to choose the amount. On sunny days, the outdoor seating is also comfortable, allowing me to enjoy the breeze of the town. There’s also a way to savor it by pouring a small amount of cold sake, which adds a little surprise and makes it enjoyable.
