Momoya Ebisu has an austere storefront, which is to be expected. The Ebisu draft beer is highly recommended, with a fruity and well-balanced taste. The wine was also recognizable for its 100% Monastrell grapes. I later learned that the master was a sommelier at the Kitano Hotel. The building is a two-story building with retro lighting, a vaulted ceiling, and a very nice atmosphere. It is a great bar where you can relax and enjoy your meal of intestines, pickles, and wine.
