While enjoying the view of the terraced rice fields, you can calmly savor soba noodles. After climbing a slight slope from the parking lot, you arrive at a restaurant with tatami seating and tables. The noodles are thin, with a pleasant taste of good water that feels nice going down. You can choose from three types of dipping sauce, and the richness of the walnuts pairs well with the noodles, making it delicious until the last bite. The tempura includes enoki mushrooms, shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin, and shishito peppers, and eating them together provides a sense of satisfaction. The natural breeze is pleasant, and the soba tea while gazing at the scenery was also impressive.
