Fresh eggs are available, and when eaten on rice, they have a delightful taste. The direct sales store also has various cuts of chicken and bones, making cooking at home even more enjoyable. The neck meat has a nice texture and is perfect for fried chicken or sukiyaki. Using ground meat in a hot pot brings out a clean, rich broth with deep umami flavors. They handle purebred Nagoya Cochin hens, which have a mild smell and rich flavor, which is a pleasant surprise. Although they can sometimes sell out due to popularity, it's fun to find items like gizzards and choose from them.
