As I entered the shop, a calm atmosphere spread out, making me feel at ease. When I ordered the zaru soba, the white, glossy noodles were brought to me, and the texture was very light on the throat. The dipping sauce was aromatic, and just briefly dipping the noodles in it released a rich umami flavor. The inari sushi I chose as a side dish was fluffy, and the sweetness of the fried tofu lingered. The miso-nabe udon also had thin noodles that absorbed the richness of the miso well, and the yuzu pepper added a delightful twist to the flavor. With warm hospitality and a comfortable ambiance, I felt uplifted throughout my meal.
