Lunch the other day was at Mumei in Kanda 🍜. A ramen shop without a sign, hence the name Mummei 🤔. I ordered the "Aged Kneaded Soy Sauce Ramen" ‼︎ The soup is thick and viscous with a potage-like flavor! The delicious soup has a delicious taste of chicken and vegetables! The soup is very tasty! The noodles are flat, thick and firmer! I liked these noodles so much 💕 I'm a thick noodle guy these days. ✌️ Sitting in the middle is the aged kneaded soy sauce, which gives a different impression when dissolved! 😳 It adds a punch to the gentle soup and gives it a more profound flavor! 🙆🙆 Overall, the ingredients are very filling and melancholy, especially with plenty of vegetables! 👍 I love cabbage in ramen awesome 😂😂. It was pretty good, I'm going to try the "Shio Ramen" next time 🙋.
