The traditional farmhouse has an irori (hearth) in the tatami room, and the atmosphere is exciting. The specialty, negisoba (green onion soba), is fun to eat by slurping the long green onions. The soba noodles are slightly thick with a good chewiness, and they have a pleasant aroma that is satisfying. The dipping sauce is not too salty and has a gentle sweetness that makes it easy to enjoy. The green onions have a bit of spiciness, which adds a nice accent as a condiment. The shop has a variety of rice crackers lined up, and there are assorted packs and wet senbei (moist rice crackers) that make choosing enjoyable.
