The appearance is quite dark in color, but when you put it in your mouth, a gentle umami spreads. There is a rich variety of ingredients, including some rare items like eggplant, which is exciting. The shirataki, hanpen, eggs, and kelp are all infused with flavor, making it satisfying. When enjoyed with tea rice, the satisfaction increases even more. The service is polite, and you can feel their dedication to their work, which is pleasant. They are also kind in handling takeout, and I appreciate that they teach you how to pack it and enjoy it.
