The first dish I ordered upon visiting was the roasted garlic pork loin, which was so tender that the meat melted in my mouth, and the garlic flavor greatly enhanced my appetite. Next came the pork cutlet, which had a light coating that allowed me to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the meat with just a sprinkle of salt, making it the best. The sweetness of the fat lingered pleasantly, and even for someone like me who usually doesn't choose pork loin, I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The cutlet stew had a gentle sweetness that soaked into the coating, which remained crispy, and adding shichimi (Japanese seven spice) allowed me to enjoy a different flavor. There was no skimping on the rice, clam soup, or the sesame dressing for the cabbage, all of which were so delicious that I wanted to have seconds. Thanks to the traditional, calming interior and the friendly staff, I was able to enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere until the very end.
