This is a shop that is easy to access, located near the prefectural office. The aroma of Hitachi Aki soba is pleasant, and the noodles are thin and have a smooth texture that goes down the throat nicely. The cold soba is well-chilled, and the cooking is just right. The dipping sauce pairs well with the soba, and you can enjoy a change in flavor with the tenkasu (tempura scraps) on the table. The tempura is freshly fried and has a light texture, which also goes well with salt. The menu is extensive, with rice bowls and a system for refills, making it fun to try various dishes.
