Soft Ankimo with Ponzu Sauce
So soft that it can't be picked up with chopsticks. When you put it in your mouth, it melts. The ponzu sauce also seems homemade, and when eaten with condiments, you don't feel any unpleasant smell. There is no unpleasant smell to begin with. I think this is real ankimo.
