First, a salad and vegetable soup are served, both with a gentle flavor that is comforting. The curry allows you to choose the level of spiciness, which is great as it can be tailored to your preference. The basmati rice has a wonderful aroma and pairs well with the achar and side vegetables. You can have refills of naan and rice, which makes it easy to keep eating. The daily combinations are interesting, and the one with bitter melon blended well with the spices and was easy to eat. There are also drinks like mango lassi and iced coffee, and the freshly fried spiced chicken is best enjoyed with the curry.
