I finally got to visit a store that I had been curious about for a long time. The moment I walked in, I was excited by the gentle aroma and bright atmosphere. The first dishes that came out were four types of appetizers and a watercress salad, and I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the care that went into the preparation. For the main course, I could choose from meat, fish, or rice dishes, and I chose the braised meat, which was packed with flavor and very juicy. The explanations of the dishes were thorough, and the owner's love for the ingredients was clearly conveyed. Even the handmade pickles and soup were delicious, and I was able to enjoy a happy feeling throughout the meal.
