The interior is bright like a café, and I was able to relax immediately after a short wait. The curry topped with a generous portion of pork shoulder steak pairs perfectly with the rich and creamy roux. The balance of spices is exquisite, leaving a pleasant spiciness that lingers. The curry with plump shrimp without shells and fragrant fried garlic also has a delightful half-rare texture that is addictive. You can refill the roux and rice once, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors. The crunchy texture of the cashews sprinkled in the dry curry was also an unforgettable charm.
