In the spicy hot pot, you can choose your ingredients while looking at the shelf, and it's nice that you can also select your noodles according to your preference. The flat vermicelli has a smooth texture that pairs perfectly with the soup. The dried tofu has a lower moisture content, and the balance with the numbing sensation is excellent, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. They also accommodate requests for extra cilantro, allowing you to casually enjoy the snacks.
