✏️Raamen Yamaguchi (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) : : : :. We had lunch here the other day. It was fairly close to Waseda University (^^) Opened in January 2013 and opened a second branch in September 2015. One of the most popular restaurant with chicken x water soy sauce ramen. : : : : 🍀Ajidama Chicken Soba Noodle (💴1000) The soup is a blend of Aizu Jidori chicken and Sansui Jidori chicken, Kibi chicken gara, etc., combined with Rausu kelp broth from Hokkaido. The soup has a strong sweet and umami taste, The chicken flavor comes from the clear soy sauce, while the kelp broth leaves a deep aftertaste. The noodles are medium thin noodles with whole wheat flour, smooth to the touch, and the chicken oil crackles in the mouth as you slurp. The recommended ajitama (seasoned egg) has a thick, sticky yolk that sticks to the inside of your mouth. This is the same type of soup that is offered in Aichi, but this is a different approach and one that breaks out of its shell. Thank you very much. Ramen with an elegant and impressive chicken broth. The taste is elegant, gentle, and mellow for this type of chicken soy sauce clear soup ramen. Personally, I would have liked more gusto from the soy sauce and the full flavor of the chicken, but this was delicious. The chicken chashu pork was excellent. Not only was it tender, but the juicy juices of the chicken could be felt well. I would definitely eat there again.
