Our top recommendation is the fried fugu. We have carefully selected the frying powder after trying various options over the years to find the one that best suits fugu. It captures the original umami of the fugu, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Additionally, we use a special secret sauce specifically for fried fugu. It is soy sauce-based and light, providing a healthy flavor even for fried dishes. When you visit, please be sure to order it.
Thickly sliced original fugu sashimi. Enjoy it with napa cabbage and blanched skin.
Grilled fugu that you can grill yourself. Please enjoy it at your preferred level of doneness. This dish is irresistible with its fragrant flavor and juiciness. Please try it with our homemade ponzu sauce, which is made with citrus fruits like yuzu and sudachi and aged for 4 to 5 days. It has a mild acidity and a moderate sweetness, making it a perfect match for grilled fugu.
The skin of the fugu is rich in high-quality collagen!
