Our top recommendation is the fried fugu. We have carefully selected the frying powder after trying various options over the years to find the one that best suits fugu. It captures the original umami of the fugu, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Additionally, we use a special secret sauce specifically for fried fugu. It is soy sauce-based and light, providing a healthy flavor even for fried dishes. When you visit, please be sure to order it.
