The seafood is very fresh, and each piece is firm and satisfying. It seems that the lineup changes daily, so I look forward to encountering rare ingredients. The assorted sashimi, including amberjack, sea bream, mackerel, striped jack, and young yellowfin tuna, was impressive, and the dish of shark fin with caviar was also good. The side dishes of hijiki seaweed, pickles, and a mix of okra and yam were also well-prepared, providing a comforting natural flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant, centered around the counter, makes the waiting time while looking at the list of freshly arrived fish exciting. The slight bitterness of the coffee after the meal was pleasant, and I was satisfied until the very end.
