The fish is plump and not tight. The texture of this persimmon leaf sushi is soft. It is not too sweet and the rice is just the right size for my taste. They offer layaway service, and there is no line even during the cherry blossom season, and they have a good selection. The moist texture of the mackerel and the good aroma that lingers in your mouth are impressive. The shari is also well prepared and has a nice kakinoha-zushi atmosphere. It is a famous restaurant in Yoshinoyama and completes Yoshino's three major Kakinoha Sushi.
