To all the Japanese people, this restaurant is the warmest welcome in Florence and offers delicious food. Reservations are definitely required. You can make a reservation through an agent, so please search online. The prices are reasonable and the food is worth it. The truffle cream pasta is rich but not heavy, and you can easily finish it. The truffle aroma is also pleasant. The steak is cooked just right, and even medium rare, it has no unpleasant smell and is very tasty. I have had experiences with rare foreign meat that upset my stomach, but this steak was fine even for my sensitive stomach. The seasoning is just right and delicious. I left some behind, but I wanted to eat it all. The food is very delicious, and the staff are all warm, making this the first restaurant in Italy that I truly want to visit again.

There was an English menu, which made it easy to order. I ordered the Caprese salad, today's pasta, and the T-bone steak. The food came out quickly, so it was nice not to have to wait around. Today's pasta was rabbit pasta with flat noodles. It was my first time trying it, but it was easy to eat, the noodles were chewy, and it was delicious! The T-bone steak was well-seasoned with salt and pepper, the portion was just right, and I enjoyed it with red wine, which made me very satisfied. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and they were kind to Japanese customers as well.

I ordered a bistecca, but the minimum portion was 1kg and I couldn't finish it. As for the taste, it was absolutely delicious. I recommend it. If you come to Florence, it's worth trying.
