The eel is fragrant, and you can enjoy the hitsumabushi until the end. You won't get bored if you eat it in three ways: as is, with condiments, and with broth. The meal can be customized to your liking, and there are mini sizes available for peace of mind. It takes a little time because they prepare and grill live eel, but it's exceptionally delicious. It comes with chawanmushi, pickles, and dessert, providing a high level of satisfaction. The interior is spacious and calm, and there are tatami rooms where you can relax comfortably.
