Kanagawa No.1 Ramen Since I was in Yugawara, I came to this restaurant, which is ranked No.1 or No.2 in Kanagawa in the best ramen of the food log. On Saturday morning, the restaurant opened at 11:00 a.m., but I was the first in line after 10:00 a.m.! Then, about 10 minutes before opening, the line started to grow longer and longer, and by the time the restaurant opened, there were already more than 30 people in line. It was as you would expect. Shoyu Shoyu Wonton Chashu Noodle Since it was my first time here, I chose the basic shoyu sauce, and since it was my first time here, I decided to have the wonton chashu-men. I took a sip of the soup and was shocked at how good it tasted! Delicious! The soy sauce Kaeshi amplifies the flavor of the soup! And the noodles...I wasn't sure about the noodles since they looked like somen noodles, but they were surprisingly firm and chewy. As expected! The chashu pork is tender and the wontons are delicious! This may be the best ramen I have ever had! The biggest drawback is that Yugawara is far away.... I would love to eat there again, but I don't think I'll be able to make it...

I looked at the photo data and found that the visit was in August 2013. I went to the restaurant on a public road because I was too stingy with toll fees, but I missed it by a hair. Nowadays, people line up from around 5:00 in the morning! I remember the ramen I had was a niboshi type ramen. It wasn't really my specialty, but it was one of the most impactful tastes in my life. All I can remember is that it was delicious.

Souvenir ramen noodles from Ramen Iida Shoten We ordered Ramen Iida Shoten's souvenir ramen (^-^) It contains only frozen fresh noodles and frozen soup, but it seems to be made by Iida Shoten, not a reproduction, so I have high expectations because I can taste the original taste! I cooked and tried it right away. The noodles and soup are hard to imitate, and I'm sure there are two sides to every opinion, but for me, it was delicious! The only thing is that the fresh noodles are very special and soft, so if you boil them at home, I think it would be better to boil them hard.
