The exterior has a calm atmosphere, but once inside, I was surprised by how clean and spacious it was. There are both tatami rooms and a counter, allowing you to enjoy yakiniku at your own pace. While the variety of meat isn't extensive, each piece is fresh, and the flavors of the liver and offal are exceptional. It was fun to be able to order slightly unusual cuts like tongue and lean meat, as well as others like gizzard. The side dish, grilled offal yakisoba, had a perfect balance of sauce and richness from the fat, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. This wonderful restaurant's charm lies in its simplicity of grilling, eating, and drinking, providing a casual yet satisfying experience.
