This is a shop with a calm atmosphere. The hand-ground 100% buckwheat soba has a wonderful aroma and a strong flavor. The Shiba Heirloom soba is thin and supple, and it is very impressive to see the stars. The coarsely ground 100% soba smoothly goes down the throat, providing a pleasant texture. The staff's response is polite, and their smiles are warm. Popular soba can sell out quickly, so I would be really happy if I could encounter it.
