The soba noodles and sauce were delicious, the tempura was hearty, and the shrimp tempura was large and crispy. The shrimp tempura was large and crispy. I also enjoyed the chimaki, which was chewy and delicious.

Reservations

The atmosphere was a very nice shop and it was clean. The tempura was crispy and the shrimp was thick and wonderful. However, I wondered if the soba was overcooked? It seemed a bit mushy. I think it would be better if it had a firmer texture. Since I am from Shinshu, I cannot compromise on soba. I apologize. (I also thought that in Shizuoka, softer soba might be popular?)
