The soba noodles are made with 100% buckwheat flour, and the flavor spreads gently, making it very delicious. The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor, and when you lightly dip the noodles, it's just right to enjoy. They offer a variety of options including mori soba, oroshi bukkake, and curry soba, which is exciting. The vegetable tempura is crispy and light, and I was happy to find shimeji mushrooms included. I heard they use a homemade blend of flour, and despite being thin, the noodles have a nice chewiness and are easy to eat. You can fully enjoy the soba broth as well, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable to spend time in.
