The atmosphere is calm, allowing you to savor your meal slowly. Beautifully plated dishes come out one after another, each with a careful flavor. The thinly sliced flounder, matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot, and chawanmushi with crab were particularly memorable. The sudachi sorbet has a soft texture and offers a new sensation. There are private rooms with tatami mats and sunken kotatsu, making it very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they are flexible in addressing any ingredients you may not like when consulted.
