Located on the first floor of Apita Konan Nishi, this shop is easy to stop by while shopping. It's enjoyable to watch the sushi slowly flowing right in front of the counter, and just watching it makes you hungry. The ordering style involves calling out to the staff, and their bright service is pleasant. The medium fatty tuna has a melting fat that is appealing, and the red snapper and seared salmon also had a strong, fresh flavor. I appreciated the thoughtful attention when they checked my preferences for chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and soup upon seating. The restaurant, where a serving robot quietly moves around, has a playful atmosphere, making even the waiting time exciting.
